William "Buster" Sanders

William was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN, graduating from Central High School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was an insurance claims adjuster for a major insurance carrier. Later he joined a realty company as an agent and later became the broker/owner of Sanders Realty. He started, owned and managed, a Home Lenders Mortgage Company providing home mortgages and started Sanders Properties where he managed, invested in, renovated, and sold distressed properties.

He understands that retaining legal representation can be costly, confusing and a stressful endeavor. Having hired attorneys, he has been on your side of the table which means he better understands his clients’ needs. He strives to make the attorney client relationship a positive experience and a good investment for his clients.

Having extensive experience with real estate makes him a smart choice for the issues faced in this field. Real estate buyers and sellers call him when buying or selling because of his extensive experience as a real estate broker and mortgage broker. He also better understands small business because of his experiences as owner of small businesses.

As a former auto insurance claims adjuster, personal injury clients benefit from his experience because he has defended the insured on both sides of car insurance and personal injury claims.

He lost a loved one before attending law school and knows how confusing probate can be for survivors. He strives to help will & estate clients plan a streamlined estate process to avoid probate issues later.

After law school, he spent several years handling criminal and DUI cases. He has learned the system and works hard to obtain favorable outcomes for his DUI and criminal defense clients.
